Development Spotlight The Goldener Hirsch  The first new development in the Silver Lake Village in 10 years will be the expansion of the Goldener Hirsch Inn. Located on the last remaining vacant parcel in Silver Lake, the expansion will include two buildings of stunning contemporary condominiums, connected to each other and the original Goldener Hirsch by sky bridges. The condominiums will be a mix of studio, one, two, and three bedroom layouts. Pricing has not been finalized but reservations will soon become available. Please contact me today if you are interested in more information.

There's also a lot to look forward to in real estate market, with incredible opportunities awaiting both and buyers and sellers. Many segments of the market favor sellers, but the conditions in other segments have put buyer's in the driver's seat, perhaps more than they realize.
